Third Floor Ministries is the vision and ministry of Joel and Marissa Bidderman.  TFM is a ministry which holds the mission of evangelizing the Lost and equipping the Body of Christ through charity and the arts unto the return of Jesus.

Joel is a worship leader, as well as an artist/singer/songwriter (www.joelbidderman.com) with a passion for contemplative prayer and living.  Having been a missionary for 6 years to Native America, Joel has a foundational devotion in seeing God move in power in the Native American reservations, to which he devotes much study and prayer. 

Marissa has a degree in International Business, is an experienced singer and is an incredible supporting voice in Joel's worship leading.  Marissa has a strong desire to guide teenage girls in finding their identity thru the eyes of Jesus and mentoring them in purity and confidence as a result of intimacy with Christ. Her love for world travel and history helps to give her and Joel's intercessory ministry a strong world-view and desire to see God move around the globe.
